My name is Rachel Kirby, founder and principal designer of The Design Decision, Inc., I have  built a reputation for creating interiors that are both timeless and livable. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for blending function with beauty, I approach every project with the belief that great design should reflect the personality and lifestyle of the people who live in it.

Drawing from 10 years of experience in residential and commercial design, I have worked on projects ranging from intimate home renovations to large-scale builds. Known for my ability to balance classic style with modern touches, I create spaces that feel elegant yet comfortable, sophisticated yet welcoming.

When working with clients,  I believes in building strong client relationships rooted in trust, creativity, and clear communication.

Outside of design, I find inspiration in enjoying quality time with my granddaughter Michaela Rose, traveling, relaxing and exploring the latest design trends.
